La Naturaleza es una gran tienda, donde se encuentran todas las cosas que te ayudan a percibir la verdad. Esta verdad es conocida en un comienzo como «Todo esto está imbuído con Brahman (la Divinidad), dirigido por Brahman y compuesto de Brahman» («Sarvam Brahma Mayam»), pero en una segunda etapa el buscador se eleva a una mayor toma de conciencia : «Todo esto es Brahman» («Sarvam Brahman»), sólo que durante un tiempo ¡parece como si fuera otra cosa para aquellos ojos que aún no se han abierto ! La etapa final es aquella donde ni siquiera hay un «Todo esto» («Sarvam») al que se pueda afirmar como Brahman. Simplemente, existe Brahman, el uno y único. Esta lección es aprendida por las personas cuando estudian la Naturaleza, analizándola y tratando de comprenderla. Es sobre la falda de su madre que el niño aprende el arte de vivir. Así también, es la Naturaleza («Prakriti») la
que nos enseña cómo triunfar en la dura lucha y obtener la paz suprema («Prashanti»). Quebranta las leyes de la Naturaleza, y ella te propinará un golpe. Obedece sus órdenes y escucha sus avisos, y entonces te entregará tu herencia de inmortalidad. (Divino Discurso, 3 Junio 1962).

 

Nature is a great store, where all things that help you grasp the truth are found. That truth is first cognised as, “All this is imbued with Brahman (Divinity), directed by and composed of Brahman (Sarvam Brahma Mayam)!” Then the seeker rises to a greater awareness of, “All this is Brahmam (Sarvam Brahmam),” only it appears as something else for a time to the unopened eyes! The final state is one where there is not even an, “All this (Sarvam)” to be posited as Brahman; there is just Brahman: the one and only. This lesson is learnt by people when they study Nature, analysing it and trying to understand it. It is at the mother’s lap that the child learns the art of living; so also it is Nature (Prakriti) that teaches one how to succeed in the hard struggle and win supreme peace (Prasanthi). Break the laws of Nature, and she boxes you in the ear; obey her commands and listen to her warnings, and she
will pass on to you your heritage of immortality. (Divine Discourse, Jun 3,1962)
