El Señor Krishna demostró que si se practica el ejercicio espiritual de vivir en la constante presencia de Dios, es seguro que se logrará la victoria. Tómenlo como su auriga; Él los conducirá a través de las peores adversidades. Él no tiene favoritos ni rivales. Como el fuego, Él esparce calor para todos aquellos que están cerca. Si no sienten el calor, no lo culpen a Él: cúlpense a sí mismos. Hiranyakashipu dijo «Él no está en ninguna parte», y por lo tanto, Dios no estaba en ninguna parte, para él. Prahlada afirmó: «Él está en todas partes», y Él apareció en la columna, para probar que Prahlada estaba en lo cierto. ¡Dios no se apresuró a entrar en la columna para salir de ella! Lord Krishna demonstrated that if you practise the spiritual exercise of living in the constant presence of God, you are bound to achieve victory. Take Him as your charioteer; He will steer you through the heaviest of odds. He has no favourites or rivals. Like fire, He spreads warmth to all near Him. If you do not feel the warmth, do not blame Him: blame yourself! Hiranyakashipu said, ‘He is nowhere’ and so, God was nowhere for him; Prahlada asserted ‘He is everywhere,’ and He appeared from the pillar to prove him true. God did not run into the pillar to come out of it! He was there all along, just as in everything else! He just made Himself visible! I am also like that; if you accept Me and say yes, I too respond and say, “Yes, yes, yes”! If you deny and say, no, I also echo, “no”.
