El amor puro es como las autopistas bien pavimentadas sin reductores de velocidad. Pueden precipitarse a través de él hacia Dios a la velocidad que quieran. Los ríos también ilustran este principio. Todos los ríos se aceleran montaña abajo. Fluyen rápida y raudamente a algún lugar. ¿Adónde? Hacia el océano. En el proceso, pasan sobre peñascos y rocas, esquivando los obstáculos del camino hábilmente. Nunca se detienen, sino que siguen en movimiento hacia la meta. La vida debe ser un río precipitándose hacia el océano llamado Dios. El flujo nunca debe detenerse o flaquear. Sorteando todos los obstáculos, deben mantenerse en carrera hacia Dios. Esa debe ser la característica de su viaje espiritual. Tengan voluntad firme, resolución, determinación y sinceridad. No debería haber lugar para la
desesperación, depresión o debilidad de cualquier tipo, en absoluto. Corrijan su visión y lo que escuchan, realicen una introspección de sus pensamientos y sentimientos, y asegúrense de que sus acciones sean nobles y buenas. Pure love is like a well-paved, one-way road with no speed breakers. You can rush along it to God at whatever speed you want. Rivers also illustrate this principle. All rivers speed down from mountains. They flow fast and swift to somewhere. Where to? To the ocean. In the process, they go over boulders and rocks, skilfully avoiding obstacles on the way. They never stop, but keep moving all the time towards the goal. Life must be a river rushing towards the ocean called God. The flow should never stop or falter. Overcoming all obstacles, you must keep rushing towards God. That must be the characteristic of your spiritual journey. Be strong-willed, resolute, determined, and sincere. There should be no room whatsoever for despair, depression or weakness of any sort. Correct your vision and what you hear, introspect your thoughts and feelings, and ensure your actions are noble and good. Then, you will experience nothing but bliss. (Divine Discourse, May

Las lecciones espirituales deben penetrar en la sangre y desparramarse por todas partes- Para recordar esto, Dios tiene un nombre especial: Raso vaisaha. Significa que en cada cuerpo humano, Dios está presente como la Esencia Divina. Esta Esencia Divina impregna el cuerpo completamente, cada miembro y órgano. Por consiguiente, Dios tiene otro nombre- Angeerasa (Angam- miembro; Rasa- esencia). Angeerasa significa «Quien permea todos los miembros, penetrándolos con Su Divino poder y esencia». Por consiguiente, ¡Dios está dentro de ustedes como Angeerasa! Ustedes creen que cuidan de sí mismos y se protegen. ¡No! Spiritual lessons must soak into your blood and spread every where – To remind this, God has a special name: Raso-vai-saha. It means that in every human body, God is present as the Divine Essence. This divine essence pervades the entire body, in every limb and organ. Hence, God has another name – Angeerasa (Angam – limb; Rasa – essence). Angeerasa means “One who pervades over all the limbs, soaking them with His divine power and essence”. Thus, God is within you as Angeerasa! You think you take care of yourself and protect yourself. No! Who do you think protects you when you are fast asleep and have no idea of what is happening around you? It is God who really protects you always! In fact, He cares for you at all times. Todos se visten bien antes de salir, porque quieren ser respetados. Mientras nos sentimos muy preocupados por el estado nuestra casa o vestimenta, el corazón en el cual reside la Divinidad está totalmente poluto.¡ Está lleno de pensamientos sucios y caprichos impuros! Lo que están haciendo es consentir sus pensamientos, y simular que son impecables y bien vestidos externamente. ¿De qué sirve esa conducta? ¿Cuál es el sentido de dar importancia a la apariencia del cuerpo y valorar el respeto mostrado hacia él? Aquellos a los que les importa solo el cuerpo e ignoran el estado de su mente son animales de dos piernas. Honestamente examinen el estado impuro de sus mentes y hagan una introspección acerca de la doble vida que están llevando, eso los ayudará a librarse de sus malos pensamientos ¡en un instante! Everyone dresses well before going out, because they want to be respected. While we feel so concerned about the state of our house or clothes, the heart in which the Divine resides is utterly polluted. It is filled with unclean thoughts and impure fancies! What you are doing is concealing your thoughts, and pretending to be impeccable and externally well-dressed. Of what use is such conduct? What is the use in attaching importance to the external appearance of the body and value the respect shown to it? The one who cares only for the body and ignores the state of their mind is a two-legged animal. Honestly examine the impure state of your minds and introspect the double life you are leading, that will help you to get rid of your bad thoughts in a moment! (Divine Discourse, May 20, 1984)

¡Encarnaciones del Amor! Pueden haber escuchado el famoso canto budista, «Buddham saranam gacchami, Dharmam saranam gacchami, Sangham saranam gaacchami», ¿Qué´significa? Estas tres máximas implican que primeramente, uno debe agudizar el intelecto y la capacidad de discernimiento espiritual. Luego, dicha inteligencia debe ser usada para servir a la sociedad. En tercer lugar, el servicio debe estar basado en el dharma o rectitud. Si siguen estos tres pasos llevarán una vida llena de dicha. Nunca lastimen a una criatura viviente de ninguna forma en absoluto. Ayuden siempre, nunca dañen- esta es la esencia de la enseñanza de Buddha. Cuanto más amen a sus prójimos, más grande será el gozo que uno disfrutará. Cuanto más amen a otros, más felices serán. En consecuencia, si desean ser felices constantemente, deben siempre amar a todo. El Amor es el

Embodiments of Love! You may have heard the famous Buddhist chant, “Buddham saranam gacchami, Dharmam saranam gacchami, Sangham saranam gacchami”, what does it mean? These three maxims imply that firstly, one must sharpen the intellect and the capacity for spiritual discrimination. Next, such intelligence must be used to serve the society. Thirdly, service must be based on dharma or righteousness. If these three steps are followed, you will lead a blissful life. Never harm any living creature in any way whatsoever. Help ever, hurt never – this is the essence of Buddha’s teaching. The more you love your fellow beings, the greater would be the bliss that one enjoys. The more you love others, the happier you would be. Therefore, if you wish to be constantly happy, you must always love all. Love is the royal path to God. The best way to God is to love all and serve all. This is the important lesson that Buddha taught humanity.
