OM SRI SAI RAM

Ya sea que lo vean a Dios o no, Él es omnipresente; ¡Él está en el pasado, en el presente y en el futuro! Dios es y puede ser, solo uno, no muchos! «¡Hay un solo Dios y Él es omnipresente! Hay una sola religión, la Religión del Amor. Hay un solo lenguaje, el Lenguaje del Corazón». Este Dios debe ser visualizado mediante la disciplina espiritual constante. No se dejen llevar por las dudas y vacilaciones. Si tan solo se adhieren a la disciplina espiritual y purifican su conciencia, verán a Dios instalado en su corazón. Hay azúcar en la taza pero el agua es insípida, porque no la han mezclado bien. Dios está en el mundo y, al mezclar bien lo Divino en cada gota o átomo del mismo, pueden hacer del mundo un lugar muy dulce en el cual vivir. La inteligencia es la cuchara; el sadhana es el proceso de mezclado. Saturen cada momento de su vida con Dios
¡y su vida diaria tendrá un sabor más dulce! (Discurso Divino del 25 de diciembre de 1970)

 

Whether you see God or not, He is omnipresent; He is in the past, the present, and the future! God is and can be, only one, not many! «There is only One God and He is Omnipresent! There is only one religion, the Religion of Love. There is only one language, the Language of the Heart.» This God must be visualized through constant spiritual discipline. Do not involve yourself in doubt and hesitation. If only you observe spiritual discipline and purify your consciousness, you will see God installed in your heart. There is sugar in the cup, but the water is insipid, for you have not stirred it well. There is God in the world, and by stirring the Divine well into every drop or atom thereof, you can make your world very sweet to live by. Intelligence is the spoon; sadhana is the process of stirring. Saturate every moment of your life with God; your daily life will taste sweeter! (Divine Discourse, Dec 25, 1970)

Cada año, desde el comienzo de la historia de la humanidad, la gente realiza una gran despedida al año anterior y da la bienvenida al año nuevo. ¿Qué sucede durante el año? Sólo desesperación y angustia, ansiedad y miedo insano, ¿no es así? ¡Usen este año para indagar y descubrir cómo pueden lograr la paz eterna! ¡Pueden lograrla solo a través del Amor! ¡La paz es el fruto del árbol de la vida! Sin el fruto, el árbol es un tronco estéril sin valor ni validez. ¡Esta fruta está envuelta en una cáscara amarga, de manera que el dulce jugo sea protegido y preservado! Quiten la cáscara y podrán saborear la dulzura interior y, de este modo, fortalecerse. La gruesa cáscara simboliza las seis pasiones malignas que encierran al corazón amoroso de cada ser humano: la lujuria, la ira, la
codicia, el apego, el orgullo y el odio. Aquellos que quitan la cáscara y se ponen en contacto con la dulzura interior a través de una disciplina firme y consistente, logran la paz que todos deseamos; ¡esa paz es eterna, inmutable y sublime! (Discurso Divino del 1 de enero de 1971)

 

Every year, since the beginning of history of mankind, people bid grand farewell to the old year and welcome the new year! What happens during the year? Only despair and distress, anxiety and insane fear, isn’t it? Use this year to enquire and discover how you can earn everlasting peace! You can earn it only through Love! Peace is the fruit of the tree of life! Without the fruit, the tree is a barren stump with no value or validity. This fruit is encased in a bitter skin, so that the sweet juice is preserved and guarded! Remove the skin and you can taste the sweetness within and strengthen yourself. The thick rind is symbolic of the six evil passions that encase the loving heart of every human – lust, anger, greed, attachment, pride and hate. Those who remove the rind and contact the sweetness within through hard and consistent discipline, attain the peace we all desire; that peace is everlasting, unchanging, and overwhelming!
