Los ministros de Ravana decían sólo lo que a él le agradaba oír porque temían, y de esa forma demostraban ser peligrosos consejeros. Sólo su hermano Vibheeshana le dió la medicación beneficiosa que lo hubiera curado, pero como no era «Priya» (agradable) Ravana la rechazó y fué su perdición. Este es el mensaje que traigo, el mensaje que proveerá fortaleza, paz, esperanza y plenitud. Con seguridad es «Hitha» (beneficioso) aunque puede no ser «Priya» (agradable). Un paciente debe tomar remedios y ajustarse a un régimen que sea beneficioso, y no pedir solamente dulces medicinas y un confortable régimen que le complazca. El médico sabe mejor y debe ser obedecido en aras de la sanación. Los Vedas y las Escrituras son los más grandes depósitos de «Hitha», ya que fueron ganados mediante penitencias y trabajos por sabios y videntes,
quienes sólo estaban interesados en el bienestar de la humanidad y en la liberación del hombre.

The ministers of Ravana spoke only what was pleasing to him; they were afraid and so, they proved dangerous counsellors. His brother Vibheeshana alone gave him the beneficial drug which would have cured him; but since it was not priya or pleasing, Ravana rejected it and fell into perdition. This is the message I bring – the Message that will confer strength, peace, hope and fulfilment. This message surely is hitha (beneficial), though it may not be priya (pleasing). A patient must take drugs and put himself through regimen that is beneficial; one cannot ask for only sweet medicines and comfortable regimen which please them. The doctor knows best and must be obeyed for the sake of recovery. The Vedas and scriptures are the greatest repositories of hitha, as they were won by penance and travail by sages and seers who were interested only in the welfare of humanity and the liberation of man.
