Cuando nacieron del vientre de su madre, no tenían un collar de perlas o de oro. No tenían tampoco ni un collar de diamantes ni uno de esmeraldas en sus cuellos. Pero, cualquiera sean los actos buenos o malos que puedan haber llevado a cabo en su pasado, los traen consigo al nacer. Esta es la guirnalda invisible que todo el mundo lleva en su cuello. Realizando una buena acción, no pueden tener un mal resultado, y cometiendo una mala acción, no pueden acumular el bien. No importa el tipo de trabajo que hagan, el resultado estará en relación con eso. Por lo tanto, de esto se desprende que hoy mismo deben decidirse a hacer solo cosas buenas y así cosecharán, en sus vidas futuras, el beneficio solamente de esas cosas buenas. When born from the mother’s womb, you did not have a necklace of pearls or gold. You neither had a necklace of diamond nor one of emerald round your neck. But, whatever good or bad deeds you may have done in your past are brought along with you when you are born. This is the invisible garland which everyone wears round one’s neck. By doing a good act, you cannot get an evil result and by doing a bad act, you cannot accumulate good. Whatever kind of work you do, the result will correspond to that. Therefore, it follows that today you should make up your mind to do only good things and thus you will reap, in your future lives, the benefit of only good things.
