Hoy en día, el alimento que ustedes ingieren, el agua que beben y el aire que inhalan, están todos contaminados. Las personas mismas están altamente contaminadas, porque sus mentes están llenas de sentimientos negativos y deseos mundanos. Ustedes pueden, indudablemente, tener deseos, pero ellos tienen que estar dentro de ciertos límites. Muchos corazones humanos son guaridas de malas cualidades, como la ira, el odio, la codicia, los celos, la ostentación y el exhibicionismo. Sólo el amor puede repeler estas cualidades negativas. El deseo, la ira, la codicia, los celos, etc., sólo surgen del apego al cuerpo y de hábitos alimentarios inadecuados. En consecuencia, controlen sus apegos y sus deseos. Las letras que escriban se verán azules cuando la pluma esté llena de tinta azul, y rojas cuando esté llena de tinta roja. De la misma manera, todo lo que ven, oyen o dicen,
será negativo si su corazón tiene sentimientos negativos. Por lo tanto, llenen de amor su corazón. Entonces todo lo que vean, oigan, digan o hagan estará impregnado de amor, y experimentarán un mundo impregnado de amor. (Divino Discurso, 11 de agosto de 2000)

 

Today the food you eat, water you drink and air you inhale are all polluted. People themselves are highly polluted because their minds are filled with negative feelings and worldly desires. No doubt, you can have desires, but they should be under limits. Many human hearts are a den of evil qualities like anger, hatred, greed, jealousy, pomp and show. Love alone can drive away these negative qualities. Desire, anger, greed, jealousy, etc., arise only out of body attachment and improper food habits. So control your attachment and desires. The letters that you write will appear blue when the pen is filled with blue ink and red when it is filled with red ink. Similarly all that you see, hear and say will be negative if your heart has negative feelings. Hence fill your heart with love. Then all that you see, hear, say and do will be suffused with love and you will experience a world suffused with love. (Divine Discourse, Aug 11, 2000)
